From beginning to end, the service was phenomena. I ordered and sent my files. My files were reviewed and a few corrections were needed. I ordered from 2 providers at the same time and sent 1/2 my work to Shockwave and the other 1/2 to another provider. The other provider did not make suggestions. The same suggestions that Shockwave made should have been applicable and I ended up with great transfers from Shockwave and meh prints from the other providers. There was an issue with my prints being lost in the mail and Shockwave was quick to assist; even offering to reprint and send them. The USPS located my shipment and forwarded it to me. Again, service was top-notch and quality of the transfers was great. Will be ordering again soon! Thanks
