We have been using ShockWave's printing services for a year at my place of employment, for everything from large scale wall decals to small labels to poster-sized prints, and have been more than happy with every project. We had tried a few times to utilize other print services before finding them, and always seemed to run into the same problems--poor quality prints, specifications not being met, and deadlines being pushed. ShockWave has remained consistently reliable. Their attention to detail and customer service is simply the best. Chances are we will end up cycling through all the services they provide within the next year. There is nothing like finding the right company for your needs and creating a relationship with them.
