From beginning to end, the service was phenomena. I ordered and sent my files. My files were reviewed and a few corrections were needed. I ordered from 2 providers at the same time and sent 1/2 my work to Shockwave and the other 1/2 to another provider. The other provider did not make suggestions. The same suggestions that Shockwave made should have been applicable and I ended up with great transfers from Shockwave and meh prints from the other providers. There was an issue with my prints being lost in the mail and Shockwave was quick to assist; even offering to reprint and send them. The USPS located my shipment and forwarded it to me. Again, service was top-notch and quality of the transfers was great. Will be ordering again soon! Thanks

Shockwave print is what I was always looking for my banners and stickers print. Friendly staff and no surprises with price - all prices are disclosed on their website. Not get a quote place if you have print ready fileas and want them printed fast at the best possible wuality with insane good prices. I submited my artwork on thusday early afternoon and they called me that it is ready for pickup the next day with no extra fee. Their next day turnaround is standard and no extra charge for it.

The quality is simply amazing - bright and vivid colors and top quality substrates is something that has to be mentioned.

I will definitely use them for all my printing needs.

This shop was very fast and helpful! USPS ended up shipping my package to the wrong state at first, so I placed another order since I needed this design ASAP and the shop was so kind and was able to ship it out the next day! I will definitely order again next time I need a design I cannot make myself with my HTV.
